Health & Safety Policies

We have heightened our cleaning process and frequency with disinfectants ensuring a safe environment at the studio.

We will be cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in the studio such as door knobs, handles, and equipment throughout the day.

All sessions will be 45 minutes in length to allow for proper cleaning after each session.

The health of our clients and instructors is of the utmost importance to us, so if you feel sick please let us know immediately.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 follow the CDC guidelines on self-isolation before returning to the studio.

Please do not come more than 5 minutes early to your session. All clients are asked to wait outside until the previous client has exited and the instructor asks the next client to come in.

Limit personal items that you bring to the studio to essentials.

We will be checking temperature before clients enter the studio using a no-contact thermometer.

Please sanitize your hands. Instructors and clients must use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon first entering the studio, as well as at the end of the session. We will have hand sanitizer available by the entrance.

Face coverings are required.  We will require that clients wear a face covering before entering the studio and during sessions. All our instructors will be required to wear face coverings as well.

Gloves are optional. It is recommended but not required that clients wear gloves during their session.

ToeSox/Grip socks will now be required. We will offer an assortment of ToeSox for purchase.

We recommend clients bring their own towel and water bottle from home but we will continue to offer towels and water if needed. A laundry basket will be placed at the front door for soiled towels to be laundered.

We have spaced reformers and removed other apparatuses to allow for social distancing.

All Pilates sessions will be “contactless” with teachers instructing from a safe distance from clients.
